What do I need to provide?

We’ll need your business information, services, contact details, branding, and any photos or written content you want included. We’ll organise and lightly edit supplied material; full copywriting or content creation can be quoted separately.

How long does it take?

Most simple websites are ready for review within one to two weeks after we receive the required content. Additional features or delayed feedback may extend the timeframe.

Will I own my website?

Yes. Ownership of the completed website is included in the website build price. You also retain ownership of your domain name.

You don’t need to have a domain name already. We can help you choose, register and configure a domain, which remains registered in your name.

Is hosting included?

Managed WordPress hosting is included with our optional Website Care plans. We can also discuss transferring the website to hosting you manage yourself.

How many revisions are included?

The One-Page Website includes one revision round, while the Small Business Website includes two. Additional changes can be completed at the standard small-business hourly rate.

Can you update my website later?

Yes. Website Care Plus includes up to 30 minutes of content changes each month. Changes can also be requested separately at our standard small-business hourly rate.
