You’ll know the applicable service charge and hourly rate before work begins. If an issue requires extended or specialised investigation, we’ll explain the options and get your approval before continuing.
Service Charge — $49
Covers travel, on-site attendance and an initial assessment of the work required.
Where practical, this also includes an on-site quote or recommendation before additional work begins.
Labour is charged separately at the applicable hourly rate, with a one-hour minimum followed by 30-minute increments.
Diagnosis & Troubleshooting
Diagnosis and troubleshooting time is chargeable, including where an issue cannot ultimately be repaired or recovered.
If further investigation becomes open-ended or additional work is required, we’ll discuss the options and get your approval before continuing.
Parts & Equipment
We don’t generally keep computer parts or equipment in stock, but can source suitable items for repairs, upgrades, custom PC builds and installations.
Parts and equipment are quoted before ordering, and a deposit may be required before an order is placed.

Complex Troubleshooting & File Recovery – $129/hr
For complex computer faults, hardware problems, file recovery and diagnostic work where the cause or outcome may not be immediately known.
